At Aromatherapy Associates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
